What payment methods can I use?

To order from Renova, you can pay with any major credit card. Renova uses EasyPay and PayPal as secure payment gateways, and you can checkout with your account on those services using your account and bank card. 


Is my personal information kept private?

Be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. Please note that RENOVA may use your contact details to inform you of new products or other news. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, you can unsubscribe in your account preferences.


What is a wish list?

Adding items to your Wishlist enables you to organize them into any number of different lists and makes it possible to quickly access your pre-selection and purchase it at your convenience.


Which countries does Renova ship to?

RENOVA ships worldwide.


Does Renova ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.


Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You can re-order any of your previous orders, if you order as registered user.


How will I know you've received my order?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.


How do I return or exchange an item?
