These Terms govern your use of the myrenova.com website and your relationship with Renova FPA SA (Renova, we or us). 

Delivery time & payment mode

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the delivery address you provided. Renova uses PayPal as a secure payment gateway. You can use a PayPal account or checkout without an account by using your own credit card. Any submitted information is kept secure and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the WEB. We usually take 24 hours to credit your card and proceed with shipping. You will receive order confirmation and delivery information by e-mail.

Prices and Tax

Prices are shown with tax included. Charges for shipping and handling will be calculated during the checkout process according to your shipping details. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. Import taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with our products you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please use the contact form to report any problem or submit any question.

Consumer Rights
